How does the deposit work?

You pay an insurance deposit when you rent. Once the dress is returned in its original condition, we refund the full deposit within 5–7 business days.

What if the dress doesn't fit?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll help you exchange for a different size if available, or arrange a return.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Germany. International shipping may be available—please contact us.
